Quick start
Copy and paste this component on the page where you want the Pop Up to display.
Anyone meeting at least 1 of the set triggers will then see the Pop Up.

Settings
Mouseleave: Triggers the modal when the user's mouse leaves the browser window, which can help show the pop-up when users are about to navigate away from the page.
Scroll: Displays the modal when the user scrolls to a specified percentage down the page. The pop-up will appear once the user reaches that set scroll position.
Delay: Allows setting a time delay in seconds before the modal pop-up is shown to the user after they land on the page.
