We write real checks. Associates source, screen, and invest in student startups themselves, from the first coffee chat to the check. Our grants are generally $500 to $3,000, and we take no equity.

Apply, then grab a coffee chat with 1 or 2 of us and pitch the board. You’ll hear back within a week. The person making the calls has to be a UChicago undergrad, and LTF has to be your first check.
